Adam S. Goldfarb was born in Houston, Texas. Mr. Goldfarb grew up in Deerfield, Illinois, where he graduated from Deerfield High School. He was awarded “Mr. Deerfield High School” his senior year.

Mr. Goldfarb received his Bachelor of Arts degree in media arts from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, graduating magna cum laude in 2000. He graduated from the Honors College. He wrote his senior thesis on the monopolization and economics of professional sports. During his final semester of his senior year of his undergraduate studies, he completed a legislative internship with the Arizona state legislature in Phoenix. He was actively involved in presenting and informing the elected members of the state house regarding proposed legislation. The experience of working for the Arizona state legislature was extremely beneficial in preparation for attending law school.

Mr. Goldfarb received his Juris Doctor degree graduating cum laude from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida in 2003. During law school, he completed an intensive litigation skills course in preparation to becoming a trial lawyer. He was a member of the University of Miami Business Law Review. Mr. Goldfarb was also actively involved with The Center for Ethics & Public Service. He helped organize a Criminal Justice Symposium which focused on white collar criminal law and also assisted in organizing a panel on personal injury attorneys. He also completed an externship with a Miami-Dade County circuit court judge.

After law school, Mr. Goldfarb returned back to Chicago to begin his legal career. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in November 2003. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, an organization dedicated to advocating and protecting the rights of those who are injured or victims of medical malpractice.
